You were my best friend and my worst enemy...Our sense of humor was identical and we knew just how to push each other's buttons.  People always caught on to that and would say, "you two are like twins!"  Our childhood was the best and filled with endless laughs and mischief.   We would laugh at night across the hall from each other.  For some reason that silence made us always bust out laughing and Mom would yell for us to be quite and go to bed.  We would do our best to stop giggling but then Dad would get up to pee and for some reason he'd have the longest fart while he was peeing.  I could always tell when your face was buried into the pillow to keep the sound of laughter down.   Just like when you were around, I choose to only think of the good times, and there was a lot!  If I thought about all the trouble you caused us, we never would have made it into adult hood.  I will hold on to the messages you sent us where you would let Mom know you were okay and that you were taking your medication and you were in contact with Jay so she wouldn't worry.  You always said, "Melissa, you're my little sister, but really you're like my big sister".  Mom and I can hopefully live in peace knowing we did all we could.  We will enjoy not hearing from your ex girlfriends or business partners asking me where you are, who you're with and what stories you told are true or false (Preachers daughter Tina was our favorite).  Even when I would tell them the truth they didn't believe me. LOL  Not going to miss that at all, but I have the messages to look back at and laugh;)  While you are gone, do all the things you couldn't do when you were here, and be a good boy...Your death will help us live in peace, for we only have one single chance to enjoy it and make it right!  Rest in peace Brother...

Matthew..... it is hard to not just swing by your shop to say hi and chat about financial adventures as entrepreneurs! It's hard to not tell customers the best shop in town to go to for their custom job on their jeep is at MOR... it's hard to have lost such a great friend! We became good friends over the years and we both truly appreciated your honesty, friendship and listening ear, you helped me through a few struggles and I was happy to help you with some of yours, we just spoke a few days prior to the unfortunate loss of you I knew you were having a rough day I just wish I would of asked more questions, but we are here and there's no changing that :( God truly gained an angel a good man, I am sure he has great things planned for you. Until we meet again enjoy playing in the clouds and bringing joy to another part of our world! Miss ya! Jeep on Matthew! 

🕊 Matthew I’m sorry that this is the ending to your story. I’ll cherish the memories we created, I’ll forever appreciate how you treated my family, our pups, and I’ll chose to reflect on the good times we had. Until then, May you be at peace until I see that smile again and hear that laugh that I’ll miss dearly. Always Bean xoxo 

Matt what can I say, I could always come to you when I needed to talk to someone and you would always tell me that everything would work out.  I wish I was able to tell you the same you told me. I don’t know why you thought you had to come to the decision that you had to do this.  So many people you could have come to but didn’t.  Miss you Matt.  Rest In Peace my friend ❤️

Matthew- you were such a bright light.  I will always cherish the time you spent with our family- baseball games, trips up north, hang time.  You were always so kind to Emerson & she adored you.  I am glad that I was able to share with you how much we all cared for you recently.  

I was in your brother Jays grade , we hung out with the same crowds .  After high school we worked as Porters at Jaguar of Troy . Good times . Lots of trouble . 6 years or so later we did mortgages , still have no clue what we were doing . We lost touch over the years , but you would periodically hit me up out of the blue with crazy ideas to generate money . All legal , you were always thinking always hustling . I don’t know why this happened and I’m sorry it did . I myself have had a rough few years and know what it’s like to be drowning in a dark place . You were always good with me and you will be missed. Hope to see you on the flip side brother .

I don’t know where to start. Matt I have known you my whole life it feels like.  The first time I met you was in my parents basement at my sisters birthday party.  You were always a trouble maker.  You boys killed our goldfish and picked my moms only sacred pear off her tree.  She still calls you the pear picker this day 😀 as we grew you went from being my sisters friend sometimes boyfriend to one of my best friends.  We shared so many good times over the years.  If I recall you helped me in some pretty trying times as well.  I have not seen you in years.  Other than the pictures you and Kari posted on fb but I could tell how happy you were with her.  And how much love you shared ❤️ I’m so sorry you were in a place you wanted to leave earth so bad.  But you are still loved here and your memories will live on forever.

Unfortunately, I only knew Matthew for a brief period. He was an impressive young man. I really noticed him at my grand daughters first birthday. Matthew coordinated a bounce house and other blow up toys for the little kids. He worked hard that day. A very giving person. He was kind to every toddler, made sure they had fun and were safe. He did this for the kids and was so genuine. Thank you Matthew, you will be missed. 

Matt, I’ve known you and your family since high school when I had class with your brother, over the years me and you became wonderful friends. It’s sad that your gone and I’m sad for your family, you where a wonderful young man with a heart of gold. But you where sad and I remember talking to you after I lost my dad and sister. You helped me understand some people are just lost. I’m sry I didn’t see you where lost to. Buddy I love you and you will be missed a lot. Love Chris, say hi to Jaime for me and my dad. 

My deepest condolences to all who loved Matt. I, and my family, have shared many meals, holidays, good conversation, and much fun together with him throughout the last several years. Although I am deeply saddened by his loss, I take comfort in knowing he is in a better place. Matt, may you rest in eternal peace. Love, "Mom" 

We have shared so many memories over the past 26 years.   You were my best friend, lover, and soulmate.  We loved with a love that most people don’t understand.  And we felt it deep in our souls.  I love you with every part of my being, Boo. You will forever be my always.
