I was an old friend of Misty we met as little girls lived on Stephens in Saint Clair Shores and were best friends. We use to sing and dance to the song these boots are gonna walk all over you. We were probably 5 or 6 at the time. She moved away and we tried to stay in touch for many years however finally lost touch. I accidentally came across this trying to find her again. I have been devastated  ever since. I lost so many years. She was one of the most loving people I knew. To Cindy her big sister I am so sorry I remember you dating Jerry. Steven I believe I met you at the outback,  Adam I met as a boy I wish I met all of you. Sorry for your loss. Donna Schoder

I just wanted to say that Misty is a sweet and living soul... I hope no one speaks of her in past tense terms because we know she is more alive than EVER and she is where we can't see her but its where we are going....we in the world but not of it... are all just passing through... We will see her beautiful smiling face again and get those wonderful hugs too!!! Until then i pray for comfort for her family and friends... Never forget this is not the end... just a new chapter and the best is yet to come...Hallelujah!!! 

I have been so blessed and honored to share a long time friendship with Misty. I remember our first meeting in the 7th grade. She has always been there for me ever since. Loving caring soul...I know she is with Our LORD singing with the angels.

She loved to cook and made food for various groups at our church for their meetings.

Misty had such a servants heart 
She helped at church with some of our events serving and setting up luncheons for many events. Her gentle spirit and warm smile will remain forever in my heart. She was a private beautiful saint, never wanted me to draw attention to her hospitality and loved the Lord. “Well done my good and faithful servant” as Jesus has you now and will continue to watch over your family.  My sincerest condolences to the family. You will be reunited again in heaven, that is God’s promise

Misty was my neighbor for nearly 25 years. She had a quick smile and a kind, loving heart. Misty was always thoughtful to inquire about family and offer an uplifting word when needed. Even on the coldest of days she had time for a quick neighborly wave.  While she will be greatly missed, her sweet memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. To her loving family, there simply are no words...my heart breaks for your loss. I pray the Father comforts you at this difficult time and that the wonderful memories you've collected offer some source of solace.

She was such a wonderful person inside & out,  Whenever I called she was  always there. Misty was in my home Bible study for a couple sessions.  We were all very fond of her. She had a gift of hospitality and used it to make all our members feel welcome.  She was always the first to offer to help in any need.  She will be sorely missed.   Melinda Davis
