Morton J. Maison, age 92, passed away May 28, 2016. beloved husband of the late Betty; dear father of Patricia, Morton Jr. (Mia), Joseph (Nancy), Mark (Suzy), Beverly (Frank) Newton and Claudine (David) Reinhold; loving grandfather of 10. He is survived by sister Mary Jane and many nieces and nephews. He served in the US Navy from 1943 to 1946. In 1955 he joined the St. Clair Shores Fire Department and retired as a sergeant in 1986. He also played semi pro baseball for the Cleveland Indians. Morton was an avid prankster and enjoyed playing euchre. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinsons Foundation.
