Not long after graduation, Nancy found the love of her life, Marvin “Roy” Boutin Jr., and together they built a home defined by devotion, steadiness, and care, raising nine children. Throughout her life, Nancy’s generous spirit and kind heart were felt in quiet, lasting ways—through the warmth she offered, the wisdom she shared, and the steadfast presence she provided to those who relied on her.
Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Marvin “Roy” Boutin Jr. She is survived by her eight children: Bruce (Doris) Boutin, Brian (JoAnn) Boutin, Bradley Boutin, Brett Boutin, Marvin Boutin III, Michelle Hope, Melissa (Ernie) Anastas, and Cheryl (John) Conn. She was the cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Nancy was the dear mother in law to Margaret Boutin. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her son Mark Boutin. Nancy will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Nancy’s days were enriched by simple joys and enduring interests. She was an avid reader, and she especially loved puzzles—so long as they were over 1000 pieces. She had a true green thumb and found contentment in gardening. A skilled seamstress, she brought patience and care to the work of making and mending. Nancy had an open door everyday for anyone who wanted to join her for 3 o'clock coffee. Above all, she loved spending time with family, offering an example of love that was both steady and inspiring.
