Mr. Kocik is survived by his siblings Pamela Reed, Shawn Kocik, Kevin (Connie) Kocik, and Toby (Mary) Kocik; nieces and nephews Amy Reed, Matthew (Mary) Reed and Jessica (Addison) Foote; great nieces and great nephews Alexis, Hayley, Rylee, Lily, Landon and Everly. He is pre-deceased by his parents Bernard & Dorinne Kocik, brothers Gregory and David Rindy. He will be dearly missed by his cats
In keeping with Mr. Kocik's wishes, cremation will take place and will be private.
