

I met Paul and the gang when back in the 1980’s.

I was running a small metal fabricating company named White Environmental a division of HM White.

Paul came over to my office one day,  He needed some one to fabrication and assemble expansion joints, and then I asked him “Whats an expansion joint?”
He went on to explain that in the automotive oven the heat expands the metal duct and the joint takes up the movement else damage could happen to the system.    

Now here here is a man that goes out to find these jobs, quotes the jobs, designs the joints,  provide drawings, gets belt prices from Holtz Rubber in California that would be our good friend Freddy, the metal fabrication and assemble price from me, package the product and ship to a auto plant that could be located as far away  as New Jersey!  as a factory Rep Who does that?

Many times I would give him a price and he would love to do this, he would say oh thats not enough and give me an extra 5% for the job and he laughed, Now who does that.

I had this large office which had lounge area, a couch, a table and phone right there, I can see him now, He would come into my office smartly dresses in a sport coat and tie 
dropped off some prints for me  and use the phone He would be sitting there crossed legged,  talking and joking with customers and trying to get the next inquiry.

 He loved working, he loved his job,  he had fun everyday. We would have lunch to gather talking business  and laughing together, Paul Love to joke around. He was a blast to hang around with. 

 To this day Bud and I will have lunch together on Fridays an old tradition started along time ago.

In closing to show you what an impact he had on my company, I started  white environmental our first year we did $300,000 in sales after 10 years we did over $3 millions ins  sales, Paul was a big part of that increase, Paul made me look like a superstar and to this day HM Withe is still a great customer and vendor.
