She leaves her two sons Kurt and Chris. Penelope was preceded in death by her husband Marvin.
She loved children so much that she took courses to be qualified to foster infants and later operated her own daycare.
Her committal will be by burial in Christian Memorial Gardens West in Rochester Hills, Michigan on Monday, January 27 at 11:15 a.m.
