Penny was a very dear friend of mine whom God blessed me with & had many gifts she shared with others...compassion, understanding, prayers, a great listener, help for those who needed it. She was the first one at St. Paul's Lutheran Church to welcome my late friend Judy & myself & invited us to sit with her during our first service. She then introduced us to many people of the parish & she kept in touch with meaningful words she'd send through the mail in a lovely card, or telephone. Because of Penny, Judy & I felt we had found the proper church to attend & were quite delighted.
I'll miss you much, Penny, but I will always thank God for blessing me with you. Looking forward to seeing you in the next life.

Penny Fasbender was a very warm, understanding woman I was blessed to have as such a dear friend. She was the very first person to welcome my late friend Judy & myself to St. Paul's Lutheran Church when we were searching for a parish that was righteous & involved. Penny introduced us to many in the church after we attended the service in her company & made Judy & I feel we belonged & were welcomed. She was fun to be with, helped many people in need & shared Christ's love abundantly. Thank you, Jesus, for blessing my life with Penny. I will miss her, yet I look forward to being with her once again.
