Dear Ralph,
I am so sad that I could not come see you prior to your passing.
The world has lost a terrific person.
You were an intelligent, kind, generous man.
I loved the conversions we had after a random question of philosophy or the difference between AC or DC current.
Your interests were varied and passionate with your opinions.
To debate with you was fun and enlightening and I will long for the day when we can meet again in a place that does not judge so that we can continue our conversations again.
My heart goes out to Laure Brian and Barbi. I truly wish them peace and happiness.
My thoughts have always been with them and they will be kept in a special place in my heart.
Thank you for everything you did for me. 
The one comfort I have is knowing you are now with the love of your life. I saw the pain you endured missing her. I know exactly how you felt knowing  you would not see her again in this life. But now you are at peace with her.
God bless you Ralph and until we meet again.

Dear Laure & Barb,
We were so saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. You have our deepest sympathy. As you know, your Dad and I worked together for many years and played together even longer. We enjoyed many trips and outings together and those memories will last forever.
