Richard Arthur Russell, age 76, passed away on September 16, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Shirley; loving son, Kristopher (Rachael); and sister, Joyce. Richard loved boating and was a sailor racing boats competitively for many years. He enjoyed spending summers with Shirley at their cottage on Harsens Island. Richard had a love of music, enjoyed going to concerts, and had a love for the Red Wings and Michigan football. Visitation, Friday, September 19, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Funeral Service, Monday, September 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.
