Roland Russell Doak

Roland Russell Doak, age 98, passed away on November 20, 2021. He was born on August 23, 1923 in Detroit, Michigan to his loving parents Joseph and Genevieve. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Geraldine and son Richard. Roland is survived by his dear daughter: Denise (David) DeCraene; grandchildren: Adam (Ashley) DeCraene, Michael DeCraene, Lane Otrhalec; great-grandchildren: Autumn, Austin, Ryan; and siblings: Eileen (Jim) Kelly and Robert (the late Kitty) Doak. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to either the Salvation Army or the Alzheimer’s Association. Funeral Mass, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (Instate 11:00 a.m.) at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 22412 Overlake, St. Clair Shores.
