We were very fond of Ron.  Ron served as a Trustee on the board of the Port Sanilac Cemetery Association for many years.  The Assoc. was not aware of his passing, and we send our condolences.  He will be missed by all of us at the PSCA, and by Paula and I personally.

I loved chatting with you on the phone and hearing about your road trip adventures with Auntie Moe... anyone who treks across the country on a motorcycle has a strong spirit of the adventurer within. 

I remember how much you enjoyed HAM radio and all the postcards hanging in your radio room and I was tickled to send you my HAM postcard - even if it was 30 years later!

Words could never express how touched I will always be by your kind support of my dream of writing. Because of your kindness and your example to bless God's little ones, I will respect the family request & send a donation to the children of Saint Matthew Lutheran Church in Lexington, MI. 

You have blessed so many people and I will miss you more than words can say. 

I Love You and look forward to seeing you again in heaven one day!

Dear Family,

It's hard when a loved one leaves us. We have many fond memories and feel a great sense of loss. But God's word is faithful and tells us that we should not grieve as those with no hope. In  the book of 1 Thessalonians,  chapter 4  we're told, 

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

We eagerly await the return of Jesus, the resurrection of those who are asleep, and the joyful reunion with them,  our Savior, and our God.

May God bless and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you. May your hearts find comfort in the promise of His word.
