I have known Rosie since I was a kid when the Bono family had a store/restaurant on Hayes.   I became friends with the whole family.   Her dad delivered food and stuff to my mom when she had cancer back in the 70's and then we became connected through family.   The Bono/Lawrence/Detloff alliance goes way back.   I miss our little get togethers at the restaurant and seeing each other at class reunions.   You are with your family and I love you dearly.   Say hi to your Dad for me.

I was blessed to meet Rosie through doing musicals with Sararose and then grew closer through Barb Lamb and the HWMH baseball club. We had a few quiet conversations, just her and me over the years, and I will forever cherish those moments.  Rosie was wise, graceful, selfless, caring, nurturing, stubborn, a fighter, faith-filled, and oh so very loving! I am truly blessed for having ever met her! Sararose and Eliana will forever carry-on Rosie's legacy. I see it already in the twinkle in their eyes and smile. ❤️

Such a wonderful, giving , faithful woman. It’s been such a honor to be a small part of her life. Rosie you will be so very missed. I will miss your prose, your smile and determination. We can all take a lesson in kindness from you.

I  have been lucky enough to know and have Rosanne as my friend since kindergarten at Goodale.  She had a kind heart and beautiful soul.  She loved her family more than anything.   We will miss you Rosanne!  Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. 

My Deepest sympathy for family at this time. Rosie touched my heart with her ability to reunight so many friends from grade school to graduation. She wrote and talked with such beatufull inspirational words of love, wisdom ,and courage. I am so gifted to reconnect with such a strong compassionate woman. RIP Dear Rosie!
