Steven. M. Watters (AKA Buddy and Radar), age 66, passed away August 3, 2016. Beloved husband of Rhonda for 39 years; loving father of Kelly and grandfather of Alyssa and Jacob. Brother of Patricia (Donnie) Estep and late Nancy Mareel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased in death by his parents Bud and Fran Watters. Steven loved watching the Lions and the Tigers. He enjoyed golfing and loved to play the lottery. He spent many gatherings playing poker or euchre. Steve was a gentle and caring man and was a wonderful provider to his family. He is a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army.
