Thomas Lambrou, a devoted family man, proud U.S. Army veteran, and skilled tradesman, passed away peacefully October 4, 2025 at the age of 86. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Patricia Lambrou; loving children: Leslie (Michael) Cadrette, John (Mary Helen) Lambrou, James (Julie) Lambrou; dear grandchildren: Lindsey Cadrette, Jessica (Michael) Heckert, Brandon Cadrette, Lindsey Russell, Holden Kropff, Mina Kropff, Eli Kropff, Lauren (Cody) Allen, Jared (Katy) Szymanski, Tyler Lambrou; great-grandchildren: Olivia, Noah, Caleb, Noelle, Amelia, Greyson, Benjamin, William, Parker; and sister: Frances (Thomas) Carter.
Born into a family with deep roots and strong traditions, Thomas served his country honorably as a Military Police officer in post-war Germany. His time in the U.S. Army shaped a lifelong sense of discipline, integrity, and service that he carried with him throughout his life.
After returning home, Thomas built a long and successful career at Chrysler, where he held several roles but was most respected for his work as a die maker. Known for his hard work, precision, and keen attention to detail, he was a trusted colleague and mentor, often sought after for his craftsmanship and dedication.
Beyond his professional achievements, Thomas had a deep love for golf and treasured the time he spent on the course with family. Whether it was a casual weekend round or a spirited family tournament, he relished the game and the moments it created.
He also held a special place in the hearts of many for his legendary baklava, a recipe passed down from his father's bakery.
Thomas will be remembered for his quiet strength, generosity, and the deep love he had for his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of service, craftsmanship, and tradition that will live on in the lives he touched.
Visitation, Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. with a Trisagion service at 2:30 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
