Through my dear friend, Carmen, I met and soon loved an undescribeable Aunt Wanda. She always sang Oh Danny Boy and spoke of Carmen looking like Shirley Temple when she was a little girl. She was such a fun person to talk to and always talked to me like I was family. You will be greatly missed!

Dear Aunt Lee, thank you for all the wonderful stories, songs and poems. I was always amazed how you could recite a poem or sing a song to fit any occasion. You will always be a special part of my life. I know all of your family and loved ones will miss you but I think heaven's choir has another beautiful voice.

My childhood memories are filled with so many Given family get-togethers at the farm or at Grandpa John's house.  Long prayers, good food and good family time together!  

You were always so warm and welcoming to Ryan and I no matter the occasion.  I am especially thankful for the time you spent several years ago in writing out all the details of the Given family life growing up on the farm and your memories of brother John.  I have read that letter many times and it moves me to tears each time.  I read it again to my kids (great, greatchildren to Harry) just a few weeks ago so that they would have a sense of the Given farm life.  

You will be dearly missed by all in the Given family!  We are all so blessed by the example you all set before us and your devotion to the Given family.
