Dear Mr. Bourgon,

I worked with Jackie for years in defending her clients in claims and only today found out about her passing.  Please accept my prayers for both her and for your family.  Jackie was a wonderful person and a true professional.  She advocated fiercely for her insured clients and was a delight to deal with.  I will fondly remember asking the concierge at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel to take her up to the John and Yoko Ono Suite to show her about  - she was thrilled.
I am sure many many people will miss her and her happy and cheerful ways.  
May she be granted eternal rest, and may light perpetual shine upon her.    Mark Frederick

I am deeply sorry for your loss.   My thoughts are with you and your family.

So terribly sad to hear of Jackie's passing. Too young too soon. In the movie 'Witness' the bad guy meets his demise by 'corwn' and Jackie always got 'wawter ' with her lunch. We shared many laughs and challenges at Minet and BFL. Jackie was indeed one of a kind. A Brit from a southern seaside resort paired with a Brit from a northern seaside resort but we still got along together.  Keith and I send our condolences to Dan and both families.

Everything she did was with elegance and grace. I had the privilege and honour of calling her friend. I will never forget you Jackie. You will forever remain in my heart.
