To Mrs Duclos, Marc and Jacques (or Marco and Jacquo as I first knew you)

Your husband/father was a wonderful man who is well-remembered not only for his courageous long walks after losing his sight but more for being a helpful, caring person who was always ready to laugh. I remember him well from the 60's/70's at the football field and swimming pool as well as speaking with him during several of his daily walks.

He's someone to be proud of and will be missed.

To: Marc and the entire Duclos Family…

The memories of "Great Men" live on through their legacy and Mr. Duclos, a respectful name I always addressed him with, has a legacy and respect we can all wish for. Even though I haven't crossed paths with him while walking around GPK in the past few years I will always cherish and respect his tenacity on moving forward regardless of the hurdles placed in his midst. His legacy will inevitably be a worldly example of where we should all direct our friendships. Thank you for my lesson Mr. Duclos.

May you rest with angels and continue to edify from afar…

With a heavy heart,
