Albert A Fassler

FASSLER, Albert A. 82 of Mehlville, fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on December 14, 2014. Beloved husband for 55 years of Rose Mary (nee Lipina); loving father of Mitchell (Elizabeth) Fassler, Anthony (Pamela) Fassler, and Edward (Britt) Fassler; beloved grandfather of Robert, Thomas, Ryan, Ben, Sophia, Grace, Eli, and Josh Fassler; dear brother of Anthony Fassler, Marguerite (Richard) Holdenreid, Charles (Kathy) Fassler and the late Marion Zang; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, fellow fire fighter and friend.

Al was a veteran of the Army serving during the Korean War. He retired after 36 years of service in the Mehlville Fire Department as a Deputy Chief. He was a long time member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Most important he was devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Visitation 4-8 p.m., Thursday, December 18, 2014, Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. Lemay. Funeral Service 10 a.m., Friday December 19, 2014, in the funeral home chapel.
