Ann was born on December 3, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Diamond. Ann was a graduate of University City High. She started in 1963 working for TWA in the St. Louis reservations desk and later spent many years at Lambert Field as a TWA and American Airlines Gate Agent.
