Clarence "Sonny" John Dutton

Clarence John Dutton, age 89, of Fenton, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Born January 13, 1934 in St. Louis Missouri to the late Clarence F and Elizabeth Dutton (nee Lampe). Clarence is the beloved husband of 64 years to Joan Dutton (nee Jackson); loving father of Terri D. (Craig) Thomas, Todd C. Dutton and Tim (Rebecca) Dutton; devoted grandfather of Taylor (Jesse) Tierney, Dylan (Amanda) Thomas, Kali (Clayton) Evans, Tanner Dutton, Moriah Dutton, Mason Dutton, Dominik Dutton and the late Travis James Thomas; cherished great grandpa of Peyton Tierney, Parker Tierney and Brayden Thomas.

Clarence was an avid sports person; he enjoyed spending time on the golf course with his wife Joan. He also enjoyed softball, basketball, cork ball, bowling and bags.

A visitation for Clarence will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. A committal service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 at Mount Hope Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, with full Military Honors.
