He is predeceased by his parents, Virgil Henry & Lora R. (nee Gibson) Malone and siblings-Cleveland Malone, Joe Wayne (Wanda) Malone, Katherine (LC) Tindel, Billy Teen Malone, Colene (Donald) Branch, Jenele (Bill) Hicks, and Clencel Malone.
Tobe was a member of UAW #136.
