

David was born on April 8, 1940, in St. Louis, Missouri, to William and Ellen Ehrenreich.
On January 3, 1959, David married the love of his life, Sandra Ehrenreich, in Imperial, Missouri. They shared 66 wonderful years of marriage.
David spent 64 years as a driver and never lost his love for trucks, always enjoying a good conversation about the road. He was a man of deep faith, active in his church for many years, and found joy in sharing God’s Word with others.
He leaves behind his son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Michelle Ehrenreich of Niangua, Missouri; three grandchildren, Jason D. Ehrenreich (Michelle) of Marshfield, Missouri, Christopher A. Ehrenreich of Shelbina, Missouri, and Brittany Ehrenreich of Galesburg, Illinois; seven great-grandchildren, Brendon Turnbull, Clayton Turnbull, Gabriella Ehrenreich, Brett Ehrenreich, Kylie Delp, Addison Ehrenreich, and Madison Ehrenreich; two great-great-grandchildren, Oakley Jade Turnbull and Owen Kate Turnbull; his brother, Dudley Ehrenreich; many nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, Pat Bierman.
David was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Sandra, and his brothers, William “Bill” Ehrenreich and John Ehrenreich.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Marshfield Care for the care and compassion shown during David’s time there, as well as to Terrace Hospice. Their kindness and love will always be remembered.
Visitation will be Thursday January 8, 2026, from 10:00 AM until time of services at 12:00 PM Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., Lemay, MO 63125.
Graveside services will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
