Dear mother of Nancy (Joe) Chapman, C. Kenneth “Chip” (Gayle) Sindel, Laura (Jim) McLaughlin, John (Pat) Sindel, Steve (Kasey) Sindel and the late Robbie Sindel. Loving grandmother of Mike (Nicole) Chapman, Tom (Lisa) Chapman, Vicki Paez, Joe Chapman, Ken and Katie Sindel, Dan and Andy McLaughlin, Anne and Valerie Sindel and Darby Sindel. Dear Great Grandmother of Sue, Jon, Katy, Jessie, Nick and Madison.

Dorothy was a member of the Ladies Aid at Gethsemane Lutheran Church. If desired, please make expressions of sympathy in her name to Gethsemane Lutheran Church.

The funeral service will be conducted at Gethsemane Lutheran Church 765 Lemay Ferry Road on Friday, August 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Visitation at Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 4-8 pm
