Douglas Schreiber was born on May 29, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was baptized on June 12, 1960, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Louis, and confirmed at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hazelwood, on May 19, 1974. He was called home to be with the Lord on February 4, 2025.
Doug is survived by his mother, Beverly Schreiber, cousins: Nicole (Jim) Goetter, Matthew (Paula) Shively, John (Tavia) Shively, and Sarah Shively. He was preceded in death by his father, George Schreiber.
Doug attended Hazelwood grade schools and Hazelwood West high school. He received Associate Degrees from St. Louis Community College. He worked in the food and transportation industries, and as a security guard at Forest Park Hotel, in St. Louis, Missouri.
Doug's body will be at Lake Charles Park Cemetery, awaiting the Glorious Resurrection of all who believe in Jesus.
