Ernest L James, age 83, of Farmington, Missouri passed away on Monday September 10, 2018. Ernie was born August 25, 1935 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Dora James and John James.

Ernie is survived by; daughter Debbie (George) Blumenthal; brother Lester (Nancy) James; granddaughter Jennifer Boyer, granddaughter Shannon Boyer, great granddaughter Taylor Kessinger and great grandson Camden Finley.

Ernie was preceded in death by his spouse Opal Claudine James; father John James and mother Dora James.

A visitation for Ernie will be held Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis, MO 63125. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. The committal service will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery Mausoleum.
