WAGNER, Helen L. (nee Higgins)., 95, January 25, 1922-August 21, 2017. Born in Litchfield, IL and married to James A. Wagner for 57 years. Dear daughter of the late Raymond & Margaret (nee Donneman) Higgins and dear sister of the late Ralph (survived by Anne Higgins) and late brother Donald Higgins. Her husband wishes to express his utmost love and appreciation to RN Services, especially Sara Besancenez for all of their care and support as well as Missouri Baptist Hospital for their wonderful care and all of her many friends.
Helen was a proud and dedicated secretary for the Superintendent’s office of the Ladue School System from 1949 until her retirement in 1985.
