Jackson Albert "Jack" Klein 1941-2016 native St. Louisan died of natural causes at his home in N. Canton Ohio on July 27, 2016. Jack had a distinguished military career in the Air Force including a tour of Vietnam. As an A1C, he was awarded an Air Medal of Honor. Jack graduated from Washington U, he was employed as a FAA certified pilot by McNeill Corp in Akron, Ohio from 1978 to 1987 and was a pilot and project manager for Keller Rigging in Akron from 1987 until retirement in 2012. Dear brother of Joan (Ronald) Wolff and the late Janet Williams and James Lee (survived by Charlotte) Klein. Our dear uncle and friend of many.
Service to be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Mon., Aug. 8, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. with full military honors. Condolences may be offered at www.hoffmeistersouthcounty.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Humane Society or animal shelter of your choice.
