(Janette) Tuttle Ph.D., David A. (Barbara) Tuttle, John Mokry (Doug) and Jennifer (David) Borden; dear grandfather and great-grandfather.
Jay was a retired Lt. Col. U.S. Army. He graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School, Loma Linda, CA, and was a member of the American Psychiatric Assn. and Missouri State Medical Assn. He was also an ordained Deacon at West County Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Funeral service on Fri., April 20, 2012, 11 a.m. at Kriegshauser West Chapel, 9450 Olive Blvd., Olivette, MO. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
