Harsh words that I can said to you the last time that I saw you was said because I love you. Your flooring jobs and the snow cone stand had to be done to perfection but when it came to Joe time the rules they don't apply. Will miss you every day. Tell Rosie and pop that I said hi. Rest in peace there are no more stop lights to run.

Many laughing memories in the short time knowing Joe. It was an honor. Joe was always (making a snow cone) smiling, helping others, making the best of it and Young at Heart. Love you Joe, you'll be missed.

My heart is so broken.   To all the memories, good and bad.   I will miss you!!  I have so much to say but don't know how to say it.  I loved you with all of me at one time and just became unconditionally love as  great friends.  I hope you are resting in peace and no pain.  I pray everyday. So incredibly sad. So many Stories! So many laughs! So many questionable leftovers he ate! He was just SO MUCH! He was one in a million and I can't believe that we'll never hear THAT VOICE, ever again 🥺😥

Certain stanzas of the song, "Vincent" remind me of Joey. All you wanted was love Joe. You did almost anything to show your appreciation for people being a friend.  You did some very helpful things for my family and me. You found a buyer for my 2006 Equinox, would stop by with a Snow cone for Rachelle and me and told me I was your best "Pen Pal". You have paid your dues, often with your own blood. You are missed by people who understood you and tried to help you stop destroying yourself. Your sister Elizabeth never gave up on you. we grew up fast like the cars we drove, missed some gears , but always posi-traction!! dug in deep learning the floorcovering trade , stretched our dollars like we had the rug.  branched out and g.t.o . joe became the the snow-cone man !! tiger blood is what he had!! so many flavors this guy had!!!!! and could he eat , oh my,  the breakfast bills where as big as he was. gonna catch you one day joe , and do it again , love ya buddy , hold my jack!!! georgio.....




My thoughts and prayers have been with Joe and family since I learned of his passing. A lot of memorable, fun filled times spent with Joe.  I will miss the phone calls and catching up with Joe as we had done many times over the years. Rest in peace, my friend.
