Judy was the beloved daughter of the late George (Frances) Hoffmeister. She was the cherished mother of Christine Swartz and Stephanie Swartz. She was also a mother to her beloved cats Remington, Minnie, and Chancey. She was the beloved grandmother to her grandogs Daisy and Gunther. Loving sister of Fran (Bill) Hayes and Janet (Jim) Frazier. Treasured aunt of John Hayes, Michele (Nick) Zeltinger, Bill (Tasha) Hayes, Tim Hayes, Shawn (Cindy) Frazier, the late Jim (Laura) Potter, Joe (Betty Jo) Potter, Jeannie (Jerry) Potter, John (Mandy) Potter, Julie (Ali) Potter Najem Jodi Grosvener, Jessica Swartz, Sarah Swartz. Beloved friend of Jean Feuchtenbeiner. Judy was an amazing sister in law, great aunt and friend of many.
Judy loved Cardinals baseball, gardening, collecting gnomes, and crafts. She volunteered at St. Louis Feral Cat Outreach. She worked at Metro formely known as Bi State for 28 years. She was a caretaker who loved everyone and she always made you feel like the most important person in the room.

Funeral Service for Judy will be held on Monday September 14, 2026 at 3 p.m. at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis MO, 63125. Visitation will follow the funeral service from 4-8 p.m.
