Beloved wife of the late Clyston McKinney. Cherished mother of Wayne(Debbie) McKinney, Matt(Marji) McKinney, Christopher McKinney and Carrie(Jay) Gaines.

Treasured Grandmother of Josh(Jennie) McKinney, Zack McKinney, Sara McKinney, Jennifer Ashley, Justin(Kristina) McKinney, Amber(Casey) Napier, Kayla Gaines, Isabella Gaines and Zoe Gaines.

Great grandmother of Byron Hill, Catherine McKinney, Kaitlyn McKinney, Josiah McKinney. Loving sister of Ralph(the late Sharon) Littleton and David(the late Jan) Littleton. She also leaves behind her adored dogs Penny and Lucy.

Kathleen loved to garden, play scrabble, read on the porch, and watch the young and the restless. Her most cherished posession was her family and being with her grandkids. She had the best time when everyone went to Six Flags together.

Visitation will be held at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis MO 63125, on August 15,2026 from 12 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m.
