Linda was a good friend from childhood in Clayton.  We where
class mates in Glenridge, Wydown, Clayton High and Washington University.  She and Barry where  both friends but Linda was a very special friend.  When we visited family in St. Louis Ann and I always
had breakfast at First Watch with Linda and sometimes some of our
other class mates from Clayton High.
I'm so sorry to lose her, she was a good friend.

I wish I had met Linda.  I am good friends with Shep, her son.  He is wonderful, and I am sure the influence of his mom is one reason why.  Peace to everyone.

Linda was a dear.  She looked out for my parents (her aunt and uncle) when they were getting older.  My condolences to her children and all the Hyken family.

To all of Linda’s loved ones—I so very much regret I was unable to be with you this sad day.  Linda was indeed a rare and lovely woman whom it was my honor to know in even a small way.  She was a blessing to all she encountered and I can only imagine the void you must be feeling right now. I pray you will find comfort in your many amazing shared memories of her. 

Linda you will always hold a special place in my heart.I am so glad that God allowed me to care for you and spend priceless moments with you.I will always remember you as a classy and jazzy beautiful women.You wore your heart on your sleeve and shared it with so many people.I will never forgot the laughs and talks and especially our bingo outings was so much fun.I love you Linda and may your soul Rest In Peace❤️🙌🏽

I was overcome with great sadness when I heard of my Aunt Linda's passing today. My heart goes out to Shep, Kim, and Rusty and their families. She was a statuesque and ambitious woman with a biting sense of humor. Time is short and it is unfortunate that times like this cause you to reflect so suddenly, but at least you do, and you smile, and you promise to reach out soon. May GOD bless you guys and let loose all the poodles in heaven.

We considered Linda to be part of our family. She brought light and happiness to all of us, especially to my brother. I hope she and Monroe are holding  hands again. 

My condolences go out to Shep, Kim , Rusty and their children.   There is a place in heaven for Linda, and likely she will run into some of the other Hykens.

Linda was a delight to have around   Always smiling!  and she will be sorely missed. May her memory be a blessing   Nancy & Dick Friedman
