Louise J. Niewoehner

nee Barbaglia, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Norbert A. Niewoehner; dear mother of Larry (Emily) Niewoehner and Cathy (Tom) Ahillen; loving grandmother of Lisa and Beth Niewoehner, Carrie (Tim) O’Neil, Dr. Lainey Ahillen (Sanjay Deshmukh) and the late James Ahillen; adored great-grandmother of Colin, Annabelle and Emmalyn O’Neil, Mila, Audrey, Sophia and the late Madeleine Deshmukh; dear sister of the late Mary Lampe and the late Louis Barbaglia. Our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Louise was known for her twenty plus types of Christmas cookies that she made every year and gave to friends and relatives. She was also known for her quilts and counted cross stitch which she also gave to relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice or Masses preferred.

SERVICE: Visitation, Tuesday, December 20th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Calcaterra Funeral Home, 5140 Daggett Ave.; 63110. Funeral Mass Wednesday, December 21st 9:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 5020 Rhodes Ave. at Kingshighway. Private Interment to follow.
