We the Brother Legionnaires of our late post member MARCO PIETRO GRIFFERO, Jr. mourn his recent passing. 

He was a dynamic, friendly and patriotic St. Louisan and wonderful Italian restauranteur, who brought joy to many in our town and our post with his many activities and contributions.  His many community and church endeavors are also fondly recalled by numerous St. Louisans. 

As a patriotic U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, MARCO also served his country with honor as well as his veterans fraternal association with us in our ROLLO-CALCATERRA AMERICAN LEGION Post #15.

May God Grant MARCO Eternal Rest, and all of you consolation! He will be remembered by our Post in our commemorative activities in the upcoming year.

Marco was such a special man.   I grew up down the street from him on Wilson. Then when I moved to Lake Tishomingo, boom he was there right down the street.   Then when Maria got married, she bought my childhood home.  We are so connected.  My sincere sympathy to the whole family. Pat i understand how hard it is to lose your husband. My prayers for you as well.
