Hageman, Peggy (Margaret) M. (nee Marcrander), of St. Louis City, MO, passed peacefully on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at the age of 84, fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church. Peggy was born and raised in the Webster-Kirkwood area. Beloved wife of Leo P. Hageman for 54 years; cherished daughter of the late Herbert and Nila Marcrander and step-mother Frances Marcrander; devoted mother of Gina Anderson (J.D.), Todd Hageman (Heather), Scott Hageman (Dina); proud grandmother of eight; and dear sister, sister in law, aunt, cousin and friend of many. Peggy, a graduate of DePaul Hospital’s School of Nursing in St. Louis, worked tirelessly at various agencies throughout her nursing career, and was a pillar in her community including founder of the Fox Park Tree Watcher Club. Private family memorial mass at St. Cronan’s Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Maryknoll Lay Missioners or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital appreciated.
