Mark was a former 3rd District County Councilman, lawyer, avid reader, philosopher and loyal Republican.
Funeral service Monday, November 28th, 11 am at Temple Israel, May Chapel, Ladue and Spoede Roads, 63141. No visitation prior to service. Interment at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road.
