I just heard about Mike's passing and so very sorry to hear this sad news. He was such a wonderful, kind person. I saw him last month and had a good visit with him and Sheryl. So much excitement this coming year with their daughters wedding and their son awaiting a baby. My sincere condolences to the Bauer family. 

I worked with Mike over 25 years and he was the consummate professional and a gentleman in every sense of the word.  He treated all of us with respect and compassion.  Mike had a tremendous impact on many of us and his friendship, sense of humor, and guidance will be missed but also remembered by all of us who were fortunate enough to have known him.  Whenever I think of our time together in St Louis as part of SBC Tax it brings a smile.  God bless to the entire Bauer family.  Mike was very proud of all of you 



To the Bauer Family - Please accept my condolences on Michael's passing.  I enjoyed working with him over the past years and he will truly be missed.

To Sheryl and the Entire Bauer Family!  I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Mike.  I never worked directly with Mike at AT&T but a group of close AT&T friends would get together for lunch.  Mike joined the group after another member joined his group in Accounting at AT&T.  Mike was a great addition because he was soft spoken, fun and always had positive comments to share.  I bet Mike never made an enemy in his life and also never spoke negative about anyone.  Losing Mike at such a young age is heartbreaking.  My Deepest Condolensces to the entire Bauer Family. To the Bauer Family:  We wish our words could ease your sadness, but in our hearts, we know the most they can do is simply tell you how much Michael's AT&T family cared about him.  He not only has a fan club from San Antonio but throughout AT&T.  He has always been nothing but kind-hearted and considerate to each and every one who has reached out to him for his expertise.   He will most certainly be missed.  Thinking of all of you at this sad time.

Heartfelt condolences to the Bauer family.  At AT&T, Michael will be remembered for treating everyone with kindness and respect.  Always calm and patient, he would generously share his time and his considerable knowledge when needed.  It was a pleasure to work with Michael and he will be missed.
