Minnie was born November 12, 1935, in St Louis, Missouri to the late Oscar and Vita Bohannon (nee Ladato).
Beloved wife of the late Sylvester Pound. Devoted mother of Teresa (Larry) Mosley and the late Mark Pound, Michael "Rainbow" Pound and Sylvester M. "Wildman" Pound.
Devoted grandmother to Angel (AJ) Haynes, Anthony (Rebecca) Smith, Diane Smith and Samantha Pound; Great grandmother to Mark (Kendra) Haynes, Ashley Haynes and Jordan Smith and, also, William and Little Ava; great-great grandma to Peyton, Princeton, Priscilla and Eleanor; a dear aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend. She will never be forgotten; she will live on in our hearts.
Visitation to be held at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Missouri on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral procession from Funeral home Saturday March 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. to St. Matthew Cemetery for graveside services.
