Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Morphus and Bessie Harris; her beloved husband, Vernon Millaway; her daughter, Carmen Hobson; and her siblings, Rudy Harris and Louise Fledderman.
She is survived by her son, Ernie (Carol) Kon; her cherished grandchildren, Charles Roundtree, Ben Hobson, John Hobson, Cynthia Hernandez, Ernie M. Kon, and Jennifer Kon-LaVelle; and her 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
Norma will be remembered as a woman of strong faith whose devotion to her family and beliefs guided her throughout her life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Kriegshauser West Mortuary, 9450 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63132. A funeral service will follow immediately at 1:30 p.m. at the same location. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norma’s memory to Bible Baptist Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
