Regina Leatta Williams was born on June 20, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri to the parents of Roosevelt and Ruby Mae Hope, each who have preceded her on her journey home. She had 9 brothers and sisters: Ronald (deceased), Rochelle, Rosalind, Rance, Robin (deceased), Roderick, Roxanne, Racine, and Reginald.
Regina married Arnold Toney Williams (deceased) on April 25, 1963 and they welcomed 4 daughters: Rhonda (Danny), Michele, Ashiya, and Amina (Dean). She was the grandmother of 9, the great grandmother of 5 with another on the way, and had numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She worked for the City of St. Louis in various roles and retired in 2000 after 30 plus years of employment. She enjoyed being a mom and grand mommy immensely and loved spending time with her brothers and sisters.
Regina will be missed deeply by all but rejoice in the fact that she will be reunited with her husband, parents, grandparents, and brothers.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 11:00 to 3:00, at Kriegshauser Mortuary West, 9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis Missouri.
