Born in St. Louis to Dorothy (nee Mayfield) and George Dooley, Rickey spent most of his life in the St. Louis area. Rickey enjoyed watching television shows and listening to the radio during the night. Rickey loved the Godzilla films when he was younger, and his favorite music on the radio were country-western stations.
Rickey is survived by his sisters, Karen Wright, Teresa Kaup, and Kathy (Steve) Chamberlain, as well as many beloved nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and other extended family.
In addition to his parents, Rickey is preceded in death by his sister Judy Dooley, and brothers-in-law Timothy Wright and Richard Kaup.
SERVICES: Visitation 11am until time of service at 1pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Hoffmeister South County Chapel,
1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.
Interment to follow in Lakewood Park Cemetery.
