PHILLIPS, Richard L. , 65 of St. Louis on April 28, 2014. Beloved husband for thirty-nine years of Joy (nee Fernandez); loving father of Rick (Missie) Phillips and Terry (Lauren) Phillips; loving grandfather of Tyler, Autumn, Annabelle, Parker and Payton Phillips; BFF to Geno and Jan Kestler; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Rick was U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He loved camping and fishing, and going to the boat. He was also a member of the Spanish Society. His greatest joy was being with family and friends, who will miss him greatly.
SERVICES: No visitation. Interment service 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2014, with full military honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. For those attending, please meet by 12:45 at the cemetery office and park in the back of the building.
