

Sandra Marie Scharlott (nee Maupin),84, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born on January 21, 1942, Sandy lived a life rooted in faith, family, and the simple joys that brought beauty to those around her.
Sandy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 37 years, Roger Scharlott, and her parents, Pearl and Ernest Maupin.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: especially her sons, John (Judy) Hahn, Dave Hahn, James Hahn, and Roger Scharlott; and her daughter, Cheri (Kurt) Stevenson.
Sandy was an immensely proud and devoted grandmother to Sandy (Kurt) Huebner, John Hahn, Robbe (Mary) Hahn, Jennifer Allison, Leeann (Steven) Rupp, Shawn Chandler, Jay (Kim) Hahn, Sam Scharlott, Matt Snyder, Jake Stevenson, and Brock Stevenson.
She was also blessed with many beloved great-grandchildren: Austin, Brody, Chase, Chloe’, Michael, Judi, Logan, AJ, Emily, Miley, Cali, Trevor, Charlee, Wyatt, Emersyn, Blake, Cole, Haylie, Coraline, Camilla, Lillian, Lydia, and Jackson.
She was a beloved sister to Judy Wilkinson and Joan (Terry) Davis, an aunt, and friend to so many.
Sandy found happiness in the things she loved most. She had a special passion for horses and always admired their beauty and spirit. Anybody who knew her knows about her horse figurine collection.
She enjoyed planting and growing beautiful flowers, taking great pride in the gardens she nurtured through the years. She absolutely treasured the companionship of her dogs, who were never far from her side and brought her comfort, joy, and faithful friendship throughout her life.
Above all, Sandy was a woman of strong faith. Her kindness, resilience, and unwavering trust in God served as an example to all who knew her. She loved her family deeply and found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved.
Sandy’s legacy lives on through the generations of family she helped shape with her love, guidance, and faith. Though she will be greatly missed, her family finds comfort knowing she is reunited with those who went before her and is now at peace in the presence of her Lord.
Her memory will be cherished always by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
