After her father passed away, Sheila embarked on the adventure of her lifetime – packing up her car and moving to Northern California. There she taught dance and immersed herself in the creative scene of the area. Later she returned to her native U City, where she remained active in the local art, music, theatre, and dance community. Sheila was a well-regarded theatre critic and loved the energy of creative people.
One of her most profound achievements was the publication of a musical theatre piece based on the story of the Emperor’s New Clothes. Schools around the country still perform it to this day.
Celebrating the Jewish holidays with family was among her most cherished traditions. She always insisted on bringing gifts for the kids and demanded (!) to see pictures of their special moments.
Sheila leaves behind her beloved family and friends, as well as her adored cat. May her memory be a blessing forever.
