Shirley J. Ferrell passed on June 21, 2026, at the age of 88, having been born on May 1, 1938, to the late Floyd and Jessie Pyle (nee Andrews).

Shirley was the loving wife of the late Harold Ferrell; dearest mother to the late Michael Ferrell, James Farrell and Theresa "Terri" Lynette McDaris; cherished grandmother to Lisa Grunwald, Tom Crutchfield, and Neil Crutchfield, great-grandmother to Kaitlyn Ortiz, Hunter Crutchfield, Kara Crutchfield and Michael Crutchfield.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery, in Cape Girardeau, MO
