Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Mueller) Moreno; loving father of Chris Moreno and Heather (Sam) Webb; dear grandfather of Ali Simon, Sydney Moreno, Marissa Moreno, Sydney M. Webb, dear brother of Tim (Mary Beth) Moreno and Randy (Sue) Moreno; great grandfather of Heaven, Lola, Mavrik, Maddox, and Oaklee

SERVICES: Gathering of Family & Friends 10am until time of services at 12pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025 Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., Lemay, MO. Contributions in Stephen's honor are suggested to Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
