Moeller, Troy Charles, passed away Saturday, November 28th, beloved son of Charline and the late Charles P. Moeller; loving father of Tyler Alexander; dear brother of Todd Moeller and Tonya (Jackie) Moeller; dear grandson of the late Charley and Berdie Gilliland and the late Zera Moeller, loving nephew of Otto and the late Barbara Sandheinrich and the late Sandra Brewer, our dearest cousin and friend.
