
William was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Isadore and Jenny Fleschman on April 15, 1930. He went to school in Kansas City, MO and married Roselyn Hirsch on July 30, 1961 in St. Louis. He worked as a shoe manufacturer for Senack Shoes for 35 years and was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the Army. He was involved for years in B’nai Brith and was a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
William is survived by his wife Roselyn; his children, daughter Mindy (Christopher) Gianoulakis of Scottsdale, AZ, and son Mark Fleschman of St. Louis; his sister-in-laws Jacqueline (late Sheldon) Fleschman of Dallas, TX, and Sarah (the late Daniel) Fleschman of Austin, TX. He has 2 grandchildren Michael Gianoulakis and Nicole (Ronny) Record of Phoenix, AZ along with 2 great-granddaughters, Riley and Rosie Record of Phoenix, Az.
The Fleschman and Gianoulakis families wish to extend their sincere thanks to his care providers at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield and the wonderful nurses, social workers and chaplain from Pathways Palliative Hospice who gave him wonderful care for the past several years.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are preferred to the charity of your choice. A private burial will occur at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Rd.
