Zachary Clayton Caviecy

Zachary Clayton Caviecy, age 40, of Oakville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Zack was born June 1, 1982 to Conrad and Mary “Terry” (nee Rayburn) Caviecy whom have preceded him in death along with his sister, Angela Wiley.

Zack leaves behind his sister, Christina Colona, a brother, Mark Caviecy and brother in law, Greg Wiley. He was a beloved uncle to Ashley, Scarlett, Sierra, Samantha, Savannah, Elizabeth, Summer and Max. He was also a great uncle to Easton, Gage, Bella, Haven, Zack, Madison, Madelyn, Ethan, Robert, Abby, Meric, London, Amelia, Ella and Liam. He also leaves behind his supportive and loving best friends, Julie, Kelly, Tracy, Frankie, Josh, Tony and so many more.

Zack enjoyed life, his family and friends were his whole world. He had a contagious smile that just made you feel better. Zack loved to feel the sunshine on his face and gaze at the stars at night. Zack was known as the “miracle man” a true Superman. He overcame many obstacles and fought to have a better quality of life. Zack never gave up easily. He was a fan of many sports especially, the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball and the St. Louis Blues Hockey. In his younger years he was on a wrestling team and later in life enjoyed watching the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Zack was also a huge fan of “Judge Judy” and if possible, he would never miss an episode.

A Visitation for Zack will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Immediately following the service there will be a funeral procession through the neighborhood followed by a committal service at Mount Hope Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.
