It would be wrong to say that Deanna lost her battle -because she never stopped fighting. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quiting in Deanna. Just because she is no longer here - doesn’t mean she lost her fight.
Deanna will be lovingly remembered by her children Bobby, Roxanna (Todd), and Patti (Brent), also by her grandchildren, Nikki(Matt), Todd Jr.(Destinie), Kandance(Shelby), TeeJay(Courtney) Nicholas, Aaliyah, Crystal, and by her 23 great- grandchildren.
She will also be fondly remembered by her sister Pearl and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Deanna was reunited in heaven with her husband Wilton, daughter Donna, parents, siblings, and 2 great grandchildren.
Deanna's legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Many people called her Maw.
Pallbearers will be Todd Guilbeaux Jr., Todd Citrano, Jr., Bobby Simon, Brent Schaubert, Kandace Guilbeaux, Chad Alexander, and Larry Toups.
